Cornbread

Ingredients
• 2 cups cornmeal mix
• 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup oil

Preparation Steps
1. Heat oil in cast iron skillet in 425 oven
2. mix all ingredients together in a bowl
3. when oil is very hot, pour into batter and mix briefly
4. quickly pour batter into the hot skillet and put immediately into oven
5. Cook about 18-20 minutes or until light golden brown
